You might think tomorrow night’s hoops game is pretty important. You have no idea.
Sure the Aztecs need a bounce back win after that awful performance at Colorado State, just as they need to maintain at least a share of the conference lead. But that’s just scratching the surface of the magnitude of this one.
That’s because the McRib Blog Bet is back.
As longtime followers of this blog might remember, I accepted a little blog wager prior to the Aztecs-Broncos football game with Kevan from the Boise State blog One Bronco Nation Under God where the winning blogger got a free blog post on the other blogger’s blog. Yes, I did just used the word “blog” seven times in the same sentence — what of it?
Anyway, the results were … memorable to say the least.
Well, much to my delight, Kevan has agreed to a basketball bet, giving me a chance to fulfill my dream of being an SB Nation blogger once and for all — if only for a day. If Boise wins? Well, I’m sure Kevan will treat us to a wonderful screenplay starring Jamaal Franklin as the Tooth Fairy. Either way, it’s a win for America.
Which leads me to our poll question:
